NCC Air ROD 2012

So, NCC Air ROD happened today.

Woke up this morning, and it was raining like it had not rained in 100 years..
Thought to myself.. "Of all days to rain.. Why today?..*

Anyway the rain lightened up, and the parade went on as planned in the parade square.

Went to the hall for dedications and award giving next.

After that, refreshments and performance.
Today a new squad aws formed, the DDS "Dangerous Drill Squad".
Its team IC, none other than Michelle Leu.

What happened u ask?
Well halfway during the performance, Michelle forgot the drills, and did a backwards toss to Hui Qi at the wrong time, haha.
Thus, the DDS was founded.

After that, we attempted to rape Jun Meng, almost got him, but...
He won again with his monkey kung fu..

Proceeded to rape other people after that.

Here comes the bad part, i shall use XXX to replace them. You should know who they are.
So its a tradition for the outgoing NCOs to mess up the air room.
This year, i must say, they were rather slack as doing it.
But those XXX, idk why go make such a bloody big deal about it.
I mean, compared to the last 2 years, THIS IS NOTHING MAN!!

Haha after that, we started raping every 1, Tau Pok-ing them, tossing them into the basin and drenching them with water, and 1 more thing... Tossing people into a dustbin..

The Power of a Wish

Some say wishes are futile. They say that a wish is a waste of time, something that is beyond our grasps, a dish feasted upon by the weak and the poor. A wish is nothing more than a farfetched idea that is manipulated inside our dreams and lived out in our imagination. For the sake of this dream, they drowned themselves in sweat and tears despite knowing that they might not even make it. All this for a dream that nine girls wished to realize, and through this seed of determination they were ready to surmount any obstacles in their way. They practiced for hours on end, mastering their steps for “Into the New World”, synchronizing everything but their very heartbeats. It was the power of a wish that bonded them together.



On the day they were given a chance to perform, their lives and careers were strung through a thin thread of hope. The tiniest slip-up from even one member could prove costly for the entire group. At that moment, there was no area shaded grey. It was hit or miss, pass or fail, and the simplicity of it all was what they feared the most. Yet they all stood together. Some held hands while others fidgeted nervously. The crowd couldn’t have possibly known, but their heartbeats were erratic, all signs of nervousness masked beneath a smile. At this moment, nine girls knew this was the turning point of their lives, but to make up for everything they had given up, determination flared in their eyes. This is what they wanted. It was the power of a wish that pulled them through.
2012 marks Girls’ Generation’s fifth anniversary, and based on math and probability, this is supposed to be the last year for an idol group. Under normal circumstances, idol groups only last for four or five years, right? That’s what people have told me. However, they have also told me that Girls’ Generation has the power to achieve the impossible and that they can reach heights that no one thought possible. Each and every girl has an unrivaled passion to sing and dance, and to perform on stage while witnessing a sea of screaming fans. Although it may seem like a common reoccurrence now, Girls’ Generation never takes anything for granted. Fans are undoubtedly any idol’s supporting pillars. Upon winning the 20th High1 Seoul Music Awards in 2010, Tiffany said that Girls’ Generation would be nothing without the fans. Without the fans, Girls’ Generation would have never existed, and these nine girls thoroughly understand this concept. After every win on a music station, Girls’ Generation thanked their fans. After every award that is passed into their hands, these nine girls are waving at the crowd and showing their genuine gratitude through playful interactions and infectious smiles. Seeing them yell out “I love you” and manufacturing hearts over their heads make us realize that this fandom is precious, and our love for each other is reciprocated. In return, these nine girls cannot help but shed tears of overwhelming happiness as they perform with every ounce of energy they have. They have no better way of saying “thank you”. Believe me, if it were humanly possible, Girls’ Generation would meet every single SONE in the world, but realistically, that simply isn’t an option. Instead, these girls use aching muscles and sleepless hours to prove to us over and over again that they’re happy to have us, and that they are grateful for all that SONEs have done over the course of their entire journey. Yes, they are tired, but they are also undeniably happy. It was through the power of a wish that gave them reason.

After a long bout of crying, Sunny walks
forward. There is a slight flow of hope in her
expression.

Yoona
Yoona has an upcoming wedding ceremony. But, feelings of an ex-boyfriend has always been lying somewhere in her heart. Yoona is running. It doesn't matter what her ex-boyfriend is doing now. She runs thinking if there is a chance to go back to the old times. Instead of the congratulatory rice shower, it is like the snow is blessing the new Yoona. She tries to go back to him. No matter how it ends up.

Jessica
Sitting in the back seat of a luxury
car. It is the end of the relationship.
She knows of this. But in order to connect with her busy boyfriend who holds
everything in building his own company, she overreaches herself a little. Even now, the his car comes around to meet her. When that
happens, she musn't regret it.
However, it is only her riding in
that car. He is not next to her. She is tired of
overreaching herself. She doesn't
need expensive clothes and bags. She wants to return to her real self. You can see a little hope in that sad face.

Taeyeon
The sun shines through the window. Right now Taeyeon is happy. However, inadvertently
thinking of the past, she thinks of a
past boyfriend. In that contented life, just thinking about it causes her chest to
tighten. It was fun when they were going
out. Just the smallest mistake and
they went their separate ways. She often thinks about what would have happened if they continued to be together. For sure, right now, she is happy.
But what if it was a different kind of happiness.

Tiffany
Tiffany strolls through the park. She cannot voice out and cry at home. When that happens, this park is the perfect place. Nobody will call her foolish and she is able to cry. After joining the company, she went out with a fellow co-worker repeatedly. Talk of getting married was
spoken, but one day he wanted to
break up with her suddenly. Even after many months passed, she still doesn't know the reason. If they can't go back, she wants to
ask why. "Is it my fault?" If she knew why (tie up loose ends), she would be able to move forward.

Sooyoung
Staying at a hotel. She is staying in a slightly classic type of room. Sooyoung is a careerwoman. The hotel is in a country she is
visiting for work. The provided telephone is not the type you usually see anymore. The person who calls is him. While talking they quarrel. When did it become like that? Even in that busyness, she knows they cross paths. Thinking of it now, it also has become something
not like this. She doesn't want to show her crying face over the phone. Sooyeon speaks of breaking up. After a few minutes of silence, the
two laugh. They both laugh off their stubborness.

Yuri
At home, she grips her cell phone. She patiently waits for the sound of a message notification. The phone does not ring. To distract herself from the loneliness, she has a party with friends. When her friends go home, the
loneliness comes back. In reality, she already realizes that it ended somewhere. On the other hand, she still hopes to continue on
with him. The hand that grips the cell phone
becomes tighter.

Seohyun
In the middle of a mansion, Seohyun is in a all white room. In the middle of a gentle white
room, she wears all white clothes and wears a corsage on top her head. Her parents doesn't like her going out. She knows that. She is what you might call a boxed in daughter. Many years ago, she had a person she loved. That boy went far away. If she was able to go back, she
would want to tell of her unrequited love to him. If she was able to confess; that is the dream she is living in right now. But, building up courage, she runs out. To him.

Hyoyeon
On the streets of London. The street lights line up. Hyoyeon is wearing leather. She is waiting for her ex-boyfriend. But she doesn't know if he'll come.
She arbitrary told him she wanted to meet him. If she was able to go back in time, she would call him desperately. Hyoyeon looks at the time, but he doesn't come. The men's size antique Rolex she received from her grandfather is a
little big for her wrist. Only time passes. Finally stopping looking at her watch, she looks to
the sky. The light of the evening street lamps lights her face

Anyway, so as usual, updates about my life and some other random things maybe.

So i've been to Raffles Hotel to work twice now, and i can say, the hotel staff there, are seriously very good.
They are very friendy, and the managers dont scold you like a dog, in fact, they dont scold at all actually.

But why that chiobu every time never go work :(

That apart.. I'm becoming damn lazy to do this waitering job.. So yea, ive not done any in the past week, and i dont think i'll do any this week too..

Ordered some stuff online, went all the way to Pas Ris the other day to collect them.. >_<

Finally got that Kkolting something for bday..
Poster cannot, parents dont allow to be pasted on wall..
Dukung also cannot, alr got.

Crappiest Day Alive..

As the post title says. Today was just about the crappiest day in my life.. >_<

Originally, i was supposed to work at Raffles Hotel today.

Some guy was to meet me at City Hall MRT at 4pm to take me there.

4.30pm he still dun show up.
So i called the * company.
That * who answered said "Nono today u change to Pan Pacific Hotel, i thought i told u already?"
Yea, you told me my * lol.

Kso went to Pan Pac to work.

The staff there, are total ********
Especially that **** ASSISTANT manager.
You assistant manager only, stop *** being a ***

You know ppl eat at different pace one right?
So i saw ppl had finished their serving, i went to clear their plates.
That *** came and scold me "WHY U CLEAR THE PLATES?! U CANNOT SEE ALL OF THEM NOT FINISHED EATING ANOT?!"

Kso, for the next course, i was waiting for ALL of them to finished before i started clearing.
That ******** came to me and started shouting "YOU CANNOT SEE GOT PPL FINISH EATING ALR?! WHAT U WAITING FOR?! CLEAR THE PLATE!!"

But the guest at the table i was serving were very friendly and good :D

Im NEVER going to work at Pan Pac again.

Got a job as a waiter, mainly stationed at Raffles Hotel Singapore. But i can always go to another hotel when there are no events on at Raffles.

1st day of work 2 days ago.. 5pm to 2am.. >_~

But hey, i was paired with a super chio waitress O_O
And i found out she is stationed at Raffles too :D

Work can crap as hell, but when you got a chiobu at your side, you think nothing of it :D

Working today, 5pm to 1am

New Addiction O_O

How did it all happen?.. tbh, i cant really remember too.. But it was somewhere around September last year..

So after O levels, ive been watching all type of Korean reality TV shows just cause the members are inside.. I watched all 58 episodes of Invincible Youth Season 1.. Each episode is like 1 hr 10 mins.. 20+ episodes of SNSD Hello Baby.. and lots more.. Currently watching SNSD Dangerous Boys and Invincible Youth Season 2 also..

Becoming a no life watching all these shows everyday :X

So ive changed my bias too :X Used to like Yoona, but.. Soonkyu too cute alr!! *clenches fist*

Recently Sunny was featured on Miryo's 1st solo album i the track "I Love You, I Love You" (which is my blog song at the moment if you didnt know) Sunny's voice is like a perfect match with Miryo's O_O the track is too awesome to describe :X

Thanks to Isabelle (happy i put your name here now? :X), Ive got Mr Taxi Repackage album + Poster from Korea, and a Calender too.

Cause my room walls are too white, i've ordered like 8 SNSD posters which i will collect this Friday O_O

Recently, SNSD has been to NY, France and idk where else, and performed on famous TV talk shows. And they announced they will be releasing a new album around June O_O and its a ENGLISH album!!

I tell you.. SM Entertainment very smart.. Very clever at making money.. Make SNSD go around the world promoting their songs, then *boom* release an english album..
Album sales are gonna reach a record high i tell you..
Dont mention how many music charts they are gonna top..

Updates..

Kso my last post was like during O level results, so i'll start updating from there.

So i was working at NTUC for like 1 month.. Last 2 weeks were selling oranges.. And the customers.. Super GL..
And everday.. We take oranges eat and eat and eat.. Eat until xian.. New year, i didnt eat a single orange lol..
Got my payslip this weekend.. After close to 1 month of my resignation..
Surprisingly, i got more than i expected to get O_o

So my grandmother and aunts came down from KL to visit for CNY.
Followed them back to KL and stayed there for 2 weeks.
Flew AirAsia back last Tuesday.
The internet connection on Malaysia.. Is sucky as hell.. Slow as hell.. And DCs all the time.. >_<
So im quite happy to be back in SG..
We have 4 cats and 1 dog in KL, those cats.. all they do is sleep..
For 6-8 hours a day, my blanket is mine, other times, the cat sleeps on it :X
One day, idk who go open the room door.. I got chased out of bed by my cat :X yes i know.. Chased out of bed by a cat..
Shopped like hell in KL. Poly clothes settled. Stuff there are cheap as hell..

Well its been boring as hell now cause i dont have a job..

Fail outing..

Supposed to have Homies VS Alpha Falcons today @ Bishan Active..
But it the rain had to spoil everything..
Ended up sitting in a circle and playing games like murderer, truth or dare and hmm.. cant remember what else..

Dragged my lazy butt over to J8 after that and got my shoes..

Starting work tomorrow..

I guess this is what happens when you work at the nearest shopping center near your house.. >_<..

Waking up at 6am for work is going to be punishing.. Considering i've been waking up at like 10am..

Homies Outing!!

So Amanda acted like she was some emo kia going for the outing and pulled me along.. And you should know by now I am a VERY lazy person..

Anyway.. Train services were crap that day, so Amanda's dad drove us there. And we ended up like 40mins early..

Sat on the seats in the mall, then Qoopa came and saw us, then we dumped ourselves at the MRT.

Met up with the rest of the guys, went arcade, then lunch.

Bowling after lunch, dunno why i failed at bowling that day.. I ended up with like 50+ points? usually i do 80+..

Ice skating after that.. Fell like some idiot.. But it was fun :D

Arcade again after that!

Then train down to somerset where we met the Vikings going for dinner.

Played truth or dare, Ryan and Pan Liang wore the leotard that Qoopa brought!
WHY SUFI NEVER WEAR?!

Raining like hell, so we dumped outselves at err.. cant remember where..

Went to Scape after that and played more games.

WE SHOULD DO THIS MORE OFTEN :D I'LL MAKE SURE IM NOT LAZY TO ATTEND :D

Africa

K so, I went to Africa from 1st to 10th december.

Day 1
Plane scheduled for 11am. Had to be there at 9am..
My father decided to have breakfast at the airport, so we had to leave at 8am..
And he woke me up at 6am.. >_<
I dont take 2 hours to change and shower please ffs..
My father, geh kiang go book cab in advance, end up book some Mercedes lol!
Cab fare, $34 from house to airport.
7 Hour flight to Mauritius. Moved back 4 timezones.
So my day ended up to be close to 40 hours..
That damn hotel we stayed at, they charge you for every damn thing.
Dinner, dun serve water, 500ml cost USD 4. They sure do know how to rip of ppl money.
Down there got internet, yea, USD 28 per hour. Crazy i tell you.

Day 2
Flew to Johannesburg, 5 hours flight, move back 2 time zones.
2 hour bus trip to the city where we went on a small tour.
Then 4 hours bus ride to the game reserve..
Basically this whole day was travelling.
Reached the reserve at bout 9pm at night..
But dinner was awesome i tell you.
Game Drive after dinner. Cold like hell i tell you.
Temperature 15C, but the wind makes it become 10C
Saw some Hyaenas, zebra, antelope and stuff like that..

Day 3
3 hour Game Drive as soon as we woke up at 6am.. (sun rise is before 5am there)
Saw some animals, i cant remember what..
I'll upload the photos to FB and let them do the talking.
Had breakfast at like err 10am i think..
Had some bush walk after that.
I tried so hard to avoid all the animal shit but they were all over the place..
In the end i gave up trying..
Lunch after that.
Didnt eat much cause breakfast was still in my stomach..
Helicopter ride after that! :D cool stuff.
Went back to the lodge and slacked for 2 hours.
Another game drive at 4pm..
Went to the lakeside where we were supposed to have some cruise.
Rained on the way there..
Camped at the lakeside lodge for half and hour..
Dinner after that.
Dinner was awesome as usual.
I think i only ate meat for dinner, roast chicken, roast lamb, roast pork.

Day 4,5,6,7
Putting 4 days together cause i cant remember what i did on each day..
Left the game reserve early in the morning, drove to the airport.
Flew down to Cape Town, 2 hours flight.
Visited some gem factory.
Table mountain, damn cold place..
The wind there.. 30km/h, you literally see the clouds get blown away.
Cape Point was damn cold also, climb up to some light house, i came down cause the wind.. then it blows, you literally cant walk. (yes its that strong)
Theres pengiuns in africa also! who knew?! yea i saw the penguins.
Lemme think what else i did..
Ohh yea, cheetah reserve. there were fences so i didnt get eaten.
Seal island, took a boat out, that place got an estimated 6k seals. at first i thought they were seaweed floating in the water O_o
The Waterfront. Huuuuge shopping mall beside the ocean.
Volvo Ocean Race being held there also, crowded as hell.
Ohh and yea, i went into a casino, you jelly?
Visited the Ostrich farm where the have the World's Shortest Osrtich
Wine tasting after that. I swear i drank a whole bottle O_O
I think thats bout all.. i cant remember..

Day 8
Basically another travelling day...
5.5 hour flight back to Mauritius, move up 2 timezones.
2 hour drive to hotel..
Reach at like 10pm..

Day 9,10
Drove 2 freaking hours for some 30 minute ocean walk..
They dump a metal helmet on your head, pump air in and let u walk on the ocean..
They attract the <>< with bread and they literally swarm to it.
The helmet, the glass to look out, got paralex error one..
The <>< like right infront of you, you reach out, cannot reach..
But still i manages to grab a <>Drove another 3 hours back to the hotel.
Dumped myself in the pool for an hour, showered and off to the airport again..

The damn plane.. Transit at KLIA..
7 hours to KLIA where i did nothing for 2 hours waiting..
Then 45mins to SG..
Lunch at Burger King.
Taxi back home.
The fare this time, $18 only lol!

I tell you, never take Air Mauritius, sucky airline.
The baggage got FRAGILE sticker, but when i collected it, it look like some lion tried to eat it.
Come back open, my giraffe ear broke off.. >_<
